Prefilter disc with drive on the discharge side.
Diameter: 1.1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m (3.6 ft, 5 ft, 6.6 ft, 8.2 ft.).
Flow rate: up to 135.000m³/h (80.000 cfm).
Mesh size: 50 - 10.000 (160 - 32.800 µft.).
For temperatures up to 200°C (390°F) and corrosive media available.

Function: The cassifier separates solid particles and removes them from the air stream by gravity and force of inertia.

For fine particles
Function:
The particle-laden air stream passes through the fine filter from the inside to outside. Cleaning is realized continuously by rotating suction nozzles.

Fine filter type UpflowDrum Filter® UDF: Interally loaded and vacuumed drum filter with vertical airflow, roraring suction nozzles and drive on the clean air side. Number of filter units: 4. Flow rate: up to 40.000 m³/h (23.700 cfm). Filter media with high air permeability, also BIA-tested media available. All mechanical parts are on the clean air side.

| Versatile modular extensions: Fine filter units type UDF and CDF may be added which allows to multiply the filtering power and to meet individual flow rate requirements. The "breakdown" of larger filter units into multiple smaller modules increases the reliability because of reduncacy and facilitates handling during transport and on site.
